Dear ESB

 

Please find the minutes attached for our most recent meeting – a copy can also be found on basecamp along with the slideware.

 

The TfL strike meant we did not have a face meeting – virtual sufficed but we agreed we would like a physical gathering before the end of the year.

Those on the call agreed it would be good to gather in London on Dec 3rd before the TechWorks Annual Dinner.

I would therefore like to invite you all to attend the TechWorks Annual Dinner as a guest on my table – its always a good event and a good point in the diary to socialise.

I would also like to know your availability to attend an ESB end of year meeting prior.

 

Please let me know - by return if possible - which option summarises your situation so I can attend to the arrangements:

 

  1. I accept your invitation to the TechWorks Awards Dinner and will attend the ESB meeting.
  2. I will attend the ESB meeting but ‘polite decline’ to the invitation to the TechWorks Awards Dinner.
  3. I will accept your invitation to the TechWorks Awards Dinner but am unable to attend the ESB meeting.
  4. I am unavailable for the ESB meeting or the TechWorks Awards Dinner.
  5. Err… not sure yet, but I’d like to attend both if my schedule allows (ask me later).

 

p.s. if you need a changing room, I am sure that can also be arranged – just let me know also.
