Key points: - apologised that this news landed with us without a proper comms plan which was still being worked up; - a drastic reorganisation of Techworks was necessary to avoid insolvency. The suddenness was necessary because of a particularly difficult cash flow crisis; - But Techworks was not unravelling and there was no intention to diminish the work of IOTSF; - they were looking for savings across Tech Works; - John’s departure was by mutual consent; He is happy to talk to ESB. For next week he would prefer Monday morning. He wants to be joined by Charlie and Gillian for the meeting. Can a good critical mass of ESB make a call at 10 am Monday? Let me know asap. If not we can push into the following week. PS Luke would prefer to do this without John on the call. He is not involved in Techworks’ latest thinking. Thanks Stephen
