I hope that you had a good break and are rearing to go for 2025. The first ESB meeting is approaching, and we’d like to hear your thoughts on what we should be aiming to achieve this year and getting feedback on regular matters of business. Please find some supporting notes.
Agenda to include:
· What do we want to achieve in 2025?
* All ESB members to contribute thoughts/ideas
· High value activities
o A role for IoTSF in procurement (see Procurement Strategy doc attached actioned by Nick)?
o Government approach: The importance of SBoM’s?
· Chapters: Tamil Nadu state-wide proposal
* A proposal has been made for a state-wide chapter
* Are there any objections to this from ESB?

· WG’s
o Evolution/Dev
o New possibilities
· Conference: long range planning – who should we reach out to/invite?
